NinetyOne Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at NinetyOne. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 


Shipment processing time


All our orders are processed ready to be packed (dependent on stock) within 24 hours. On a typical day all items ordered before 2pm will be sent out the same working day. (At this point you may receive an email from the courier giving you a tracking number. Please note this is not confirmation of dispatch this is for your reference of tracking once item is in transit). All our orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday depending on how busy we are we will post out as late as 11pm.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

If we don’t have your item in stock, the stock status will be set to either "Pre-Order" or "2-3 Days" or "Out Of Stock" and we will need to order it in from our suppliers. This shouldn’t take longer than 1-2 working days in normal circumstances, but dependent on the time of the year (Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year, this could cause delays of up to 3-5 working days). Upon receipt of stock this will be sent out the same day. You are able to still place an order for this item when out of stock so you can secure your place in the list to send out so you don't miss out (if in high demand).

 


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

We offer fairly reasonable reduced rates on shipping as we feel some companies overcharge and make a profit on the shipping costs. We try make the costs as fair as possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All our shipping is weight-based so you will be charged by the total weight of the package.


We also send every item tracked so there's little to no chance of your item going missing.

Delivery delays at the postal depots can occasionally occur dependent on the time of year and weather conditions.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive an email from us with shipment confirmation once your order has been dispatched. (Please check your Spam and Junk mail as certain firewalls can block emails).

This email will let you know what courier your order has been shipped by and will include all tracking information if you chose a tracked service.


You can track your items directly from the email as all links and tracking numbers are provided but if you'd rather go onto the website directly and input your tracking number these links may be useful.

Customs, Duties and Taxes


NinetyOne cannot be held responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Damages


NinetyOne cannot be held responsible for the damage of products while in transit, but we are very flexible on our returns. We offer up to 31 days on all items to return them if you change your mind or if the item is damaged or faulty. You're our customer and we wouldn't be in operation without you so your satisfaction is our number one priority.



International Shipping Policy


We currently do not ship any vape related products to the US or TURKEY due to legal reasons.


If you wish to place an order from overseas and there are no shipping options available for you. Please send us an email at sales@ninety-one.co.uk stating your country and we will see if we can send to your destination. We charge one flat shipping rate overseas please see table below:
